Oh, that we might know the LORD! Let us press on to know him! Then he will respond to us as surely as the arrival of dawn or the coming of rains in early spring. Hosea 6:3
I hear people say that they have never heard from God or that God never speaks to them.
It is most likely because they do not know God!
We get to know someone by spending time with them! Spending time with God in prayer and reading his Word is the best and surest way to KNOW God!
Spend time with God everyday! Get to know him! Give him a chance to respond to you! Don’t be afraid of God! He loves you and wants only to bless you!
Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you! Matthew 6:33
Dear God,
Thank you for being a God that is real and personable. Thank you that you have given us your Word and prayer as a way to communicate and have a relationship with you. Help those who don’t know you to understand that they can know you and that you want to speak to them. Help them to have a desire to pray and read your Word very often so that they can get to know you, the only true God who does speak when we listen and spend time with you.
